1. Halloween Party Ideas and Printables

Hop on your broomstick and zoom on over (if you dare) to the Halloween theme party page where you'll find a bubbling brew of wacky, spooky and outrageously fun party ideas.

This year's haunted highlight is a new batch of spooky Halloween printable invitations. (ONLY Birthdayography subscribers like yourself get to download and print these creepy designs, *username – coolest, *password - parties).

And, just to wet your appetite, here's a taste of some Halloween party food ideas – Halloweenies, Handburgers, Fried Fingers, Worm Casserole, Edible Cat Litter, and lots more yummy ideas – all explained on the Halloween party page.

There's even a cool photo of a Halloween cake submitted by one of our readers.

When you've finished digesting the party ideas, jump on over to the Halloween games section for more than 30 original Halloween party game ideas, including Slimy Eye Hunt, Reverse Treat Game, Witch Relay Race, Spider Web Hunt, Balloon Sweep, Eyeball Spoon Race, and a whole lot more.

If you have a friend who might also enjoy these ideas, please pass this e-zine on to them. If a friend DID forward this to you, please subscribe by visiting the Birthdayography subscription page.

2. Costume Contest

Have you come up with an original idea for your child's costume (or for yourself)?

This year, make sure to snap a photo and submit it – along with how-to tips – to the coolest costume contest. Here's the submission page (you can win a digital camera and lots of other cool prizes).

Most importantly, though, by submitting your costume photos you'll be helping us create the coolest gallery on the Web to find homemade costume ideas. And when you'll be looking for original costume ideas, you'll know exactly where to go.

It's just like our ever-growing birthday cake photo gallery.

And if that wasn't enough… I've just put the final touches on a colorful new theme party page…

3. Circus & Carnival Theme

This new Circus & Carnival theme has got all the coolest ideas to help you prepare for the Greatest Show on Earth!

And as with all of our themes, there are two new colorful printable circus invitations, and even original ideas for homemade invitations such as the “Admit One Ticket” invitation, and the “Microscopic Invitation” written on a deflated balloon.

You'll also find lots of fun game ideas, such as Musical Clown Noses, Peanut Relay, Balloon Squish, Tightrope Walkers Booths (all explained in detail). There's also an entire section on making your own carnival booths with over 15 booth ideas to choose from.

Have a Fantasmic and Safe Halloween!

Elad the Birthday Dad

P.S., the Halloween season brings with it some of the most bizarre ideas for party items. When researching the Halloween party, I stumbled upon THIS site which has the biggest (and weirdest) selection of “less gruesome” Halloween party items. On the other hand, THIS site (by far) has the “most gruesome” selection – not for those with a soft stomach ;-)
