Dear!

Here's a cool fairy tale to start off our back-to-school / back-to-work year:

Once upon a time there was a nice little Web site called www.coolest-kid-birthday-parties.com. People from all around the world would visit this site to find ideas for their children's birthday parties. And as more and more people visited, coolest-kid-birthday-parties.com got bigger and bigger, providing all the child birthday party planning info one could wish for – for free.

Coolest-kid-birthday-parties.com got so big, that one day, it gave birth to a new little site called www.coolest-birthday-cakes.com. At first, this baby site had only a handful of cakes to offer, but it grew so uncontrollably fast, that after only 8 months it became a cake monster with over 1000 cakes (and still growing by the day!). And still - everything stayed free.

But wait, there's more…

A new baby site has just been born – www.coolest-homemade-costumes.com!

Still so little, yet already lurking inside are over 200 of the spookiest, wackiest and most outrageous homemade costume photos and how-to tips. (Just take a look at this spooky Headless costume and you'll understand…). Word has it that in a very short time, this little baby will transform into a gigantic, colossal, gargantuan Godzilla, King Kong site that'll eat up every cool costume in sight.

And why is this such a happy ending? Because everything in these family of sites is free and will stay forever free for everyone to enjoy.

Now back to real life…

It's not every day that I get to announce a new site. It's so exciting because we've been working day and night to get www.coolest-homemade-costumes.com online in time for Halloween. And suddenly it's online, starting to live a life of its own.

To celebrate its release - it's birth-day - we're running a “Coolest Homemade Costume” Contest and the Grand Prize is a Portable DVD Player (these are so very cool – especially for long rides with the kids!) If you've ever created a cool homemade costume, send in the photos and write-up (Here are all the contest details and submission form). There are other prizes, but more importantly you'll be helping us create the Web's largest and “free-est” homemade costume resource.

Have a Beautiful day!

Elad the Birthday Dad

P.S., I promised to write up a “Party Tale” for the frog party we threw for my daughter's 4 th birthday. The party was back in June, but with all my energy directed towards getting the costume site up in time for Halloween, only now did I get around to writing it. Here's our Frog Party Tale – photos and all… Enjoy.
