To decorate the party area (or even the path leading to the party area), you can put up all kinds of Blues Clues related signs. Here are a few ideas:
- "Blue Skiddoo, you can too!"
- "Everybody play. It's Blue's special day. Happy Birthday!... Yummy cupcakes!"
- "Another Blue's Clues day, hooray!"

Who doesn't love Pail from Blues Clues! A little red pail with a cute little face. You can buy red cups and draw Pail's face on them with a black permanent marker, that way the kids will be drinking out of Pail cups. If you're lucky you might be able to find little red pails at a dollar or party store, and then the kids could drink out of real little red Pails.
Blues Clues Paw-Print Cake

Bake round cake, use blue icing. Then bake cupcakes and frost with same blue icing. Position 4 of the cupcakes around large round cake to look like a paw print, very cute.
Be sure to put other cupcakes on a platter near by or else your paw-print may not last long! Sorry, I can't get my pic to upload, but it's not hard to imagine.
