Poodle Balloon Shape

Blow up a balloon leaving about 4 to 5 inches at the end. Make a dog like the one at the top of this article. But after you make a dog grab the end that is not inflated and stick it in your mouth and suck some of the air to the tip so there is a space between the end of the balloon and the tail.

Heart Balloon Shape

Tie the ends of the long balloon together. Then grab the top part of the loop, put it in the position you want (so that it makes a heart shape), then remove all the air from that part. After about 3-5 minutes, release and if you want to redo that you can.
