Flag Finding Army Party Game

I played this once at a theme camp.
Set up designated spots with team-colored flags on them and hide them in various places. Have some helpers walk around with sacs full of balls.
The object of the game is to find all of your team's flags first. But if one person on your team gets hit, the thrower of the ball (cannot be a participant) can decide something to make them or their entire team do (push-ups and sit-ups should be no more than 10, jumping jacks nor more than 25.)
You could have one of the helpers throwing the balls but also carrying the flags. In this case, the whole team would have to do something, then they would get the flag.
