How To Make A Balloon Boat Shape

1. Blow the balloon up and leave about a thumb length of space.

2. Then take the balloon fold it to the half point and twist the ends together.

3. Finally go slightly above the center of the balloon and twist there if you want you can make a poodle tail like thing on the top of the antenna.


Now you have a balloon boat enjoy. :)
