The following tips will help you out with your Slumber birthday party:
- Remind the guests to bring: a sleeping bag (pillow if they wish), pajamas and clothes for the next day, toothbrush and toothpaste, and a flashlight.
- Sleepovers are best with a smaller amount of kids, usually the maximum amount should be around eight guests.
- If the guests start to fight over who they sleep next to, you can encourage them to arrange their sleeping bags in a starburst pattern with everyone's heads in the middle.
- Let all the guests know that you are always available to talk if they get homesick, have trouble falling asleep, or any other bother they might have. If someone wants to go home, try to help them out and address their fears before calling their parents (it could be a simple matter of turning on a night-light or helping them with an argument with another guest).
