For healthy food serve pirate's teeth (corn), slimy seaweed (green linguine), and treasure salad (add golden raisins, dried cranberries, and pecans to a green tossed salad).

Snacks that fit perfectly the pirate theme are goldfish crackers, gummy fish, and gold-wrapped chocolate coins.

Create a pirate ship out of a watermelon! Just cut a long watermelon in half (the long side), take out all the watermelon from one of the halves (best if you scoop them out as balls) and put them back into the emptied out half watermelon (which serves as the bottom of the ship). Then add a long wooden skewer with a paper sail attached to the skewer.
