Sea Shell Treasure Hunt Necklace Activity

The kids can play this activity at the beginning of the party, while waiting for all the rest of the kids to come to the party.
Use a sandbox or fill a plastic swimming pool with sand. Add a bunch of different sea shells (the ones with the little holes in them) and cover them with sand. Let the kids search for the shells and make necklaces out of them (give them string).
